The Association of Pet Loss and Bereavement. A nonprofit association of concerned people who are experienced and knowledgeable about pet death. The organization provides pet bereavement counseling and public education to those interested in counseling others.

The Companion Animal Association of Arizona, Inc. The association’s Pet Grief Support Service provides a telephone helpline, support group, information, pet loss literature and reading lists on pet loss, and referrals to appropriate resources. The association is operated entirely by volunteers who receive ongoing support and training from a certified grief counselor who specializes in pet loss and by a veterinarian.
